If refrigerated upon delivery, your meals will be fresh for 3 days. If you are planning on eating the meals after 3 days please freeze them once they’re delivered to ensure freshness and then allow to fully defrost before tucking in.

Each individual box you receive will have a label showing all the ingredients included within. This information is also available on our online menu.

We make a strong effort to source the freshest, high-quality produce from local and ethical Organic suppliers. Ensuring you receive meals with the absolute best ingredients available is something we constantly strive to achieve.

Yes! We are extremely proud to say that we are a fully certified organic business and are members of the Soil association. There are detailed and strict audits, processes, product tests etc that must be carried out to be a certified organic supplier. We are one of just a handful of business in the country that produce healthy organic meals.

Most of our meals can either be eaten cold or reheated using a microwave. If you wish to reheat your food please follow the instructions provided on the box – (heating instructions are a guide)

We currently don’t offer a halal menu. However, this is something we hope to add in the near future!
